Detailed Itinerary Day Wise
28th June- Day -1 (Sunday) - Participants reach Srinagar by taking the morning flights from their respective locations. Participants are expected to reach max by 11AM to 12 Noon. We will have one tempo traveler leaving the Airport by 12 Noon. Participants are expected to reach before that time. After lunch, we explore the Dal Lake area for sunset. Overnight in Srinagar Hotel.
29th June - Day -2 (Monday) - After breakfast, we start we leave for Gurez. Reach Dawar town in Gurez Valley after crossing Razdan Pass by late afternoon. Photography enroute and sunset shoot of Habba Khatoon Peak. Overnight in Dawar Hotel.
30th June - Day -3 (Tuesday) - On this day, we travel from Dawar town of Gurez to Tulail Valley and photograph the beauty of the green valley. Explore around and then overnight in Dawar.
1st July - Day -4 (Wednesday) - We make our way back to Srinagar on this day. Evening Sunset photography around Nigeen Lake. Overnight in Srinagar Houseboat.
2nd July - Day -5 (Thursday) - On this day, we first do the Vegetable Market photography early in the morning. Then after breakfast drive to Warwan Valley through Margan Top. Overnight in Warwan Valley Government Guest House or Home Stay.
3rd July - Day -6 (Friday) - This day we explore Warwan Valley for Photography. Overnight in Warwan Valley Government Guest House or Home Stay.
4th July - Day -7 (Saturday) - This day after breakfast drive all the way back to Srinagar via Margan Top. Overnight in Srinagar Hotel.
5th July - Day -8 (Sunday)- After having breakfast at Hotel, the tempo traveler drop us at Srinagar airport at 9AM and we fly out to our respective destinations with beautiful memories of this beautiful Offbeat Jammu and Kashmir Tour.
Note: While we acknowledge the security concerns in Kashmir, all the selected locations are open to tourists. Although tourism has resumed in Kashmir, most people are not visiting these areas, so we anticipate having uncrowded spots for our photography. Participants in this tour will need to make their own decision about joining.

2. What is the cancellation/refund policy?
45+ days prior (by May 13, 2026): 50% advance refund.
30-45 days prior (May 28 - May 13): No advance refund.
<30 days or no final payment: No refund (full or advance).
Organizer cancellation (e.g., COVID, or <5 participants): Full refund (no flight cost refund—book flexible tickets).

3. Precautions for high-altitude photography? How cold in June/July? Expect dropping temps (near 10°C nights, possible snow). Pack layers: thermals, down jacket, gloves, woolens. Stay hydrated. Max 3,500m altitude; vehicle-based with minimal trekking. Mental/physical fitness key—leader's decisions final (no refunds for changes).
4. What logistics to expect? How challenging? Photography-focused workshop (not vacation): Long day drives, astro nights whereever feasible (limited sleep), group wake/sleep times, basic guest houses (floor beds possible—bring linen/sleeping bag), simple local meals, no guaranteed heating. Itinerary flexible for weather/roads. Positive mindset required; violations lead to expulsion (no refund).
5. What rules/protocols during the tour?
Follow leader stops/timings for shoots.
No obstructing shots; resolve issues with organizers.

10. Can non-photographers join? Yes (full price); must respect photography pace.
11. Fitness level required? Basic fitness for short walks/vantage points (no full treks). Bring meds; disclose pre medical conditions. Carry personal first-aid.
12. Age suitability/children? Adults/teens who match pace; no under-15s (high altitude/art focus).
13. Odd male/female rooming? Organizer arranges suitable solution (no opposite-sex sharing).

14. Photo usage for promotion? Yes—participants consent to thEscape using images/artwork (with credit) on website/social media.
15. Grounds for mid-tour expulsion? Misconduct (harassment, damage, disrespect, alcohol issues): Immediate removal (no refund, self-pay return). Leader's decision final.
16. Mobile connectivity? Spotty in remote areas; Airtel/Jio postpaid ONLY best.
17. Drugs and Weapon Arms? Expulsion from the tour if found in possession.,
